I am so sad to see this sarcasm about pumping and references to Bullard on every damn thread. Some of the worst offenders the founder of the forum and moderators (ugh)...
I will be reading here less often. Waste of my time. Sorry to see the forum sink to this level.
Four different posts on a patent discussion -- tedious and disappointing to me. This forum has a virus.
or that it's anything more than a moot point since we all know the M. West holds the PAX6 blocking patent for nearly every patent that OCAT owns or hopes to own (joke alert, joke alert).

I think it is the other way around. rickrick' last post was sarcastic because after hearing the same garbage over and over again you tend to try different ways of dealing with it. I am trying my best to get people to move on from all of that crap, but a few people can't help themselves from making snide sarcastic comments in every thread on every topic about Bullard or pumping or mocking those who own other stocks. It is ridiculous, but some people apparently have trouble controlling themselves I guess. |

JHam - Agree with your post. All - JHam runs a very loose ship here. Sure, saracastic comments and inside jokes are fine from time-to-time. It's a message board (not a corporate board room) and folks should have some latitude to discuss what they want, and how they want. But let's just try not get in the habit of the sarcastic stuff & digs being woven into every conversation... as a lot of posters here really don't enjoy that kind of stuff. Big week for OCAT coming up. |

It was bad enough with just "imminent jv", now there's countless other ways to skirt around the TOS-- finding ways to deliberately insult and belittle. its probably the main reason some people refrain from posting or start new threads, which is a shame. |

Listen, carry on however you want. I have little to contribute except my expertise as a transcriptionist. Just as I share transcripts at iCell, I will likewise continue to share them here. I do these transcripts for my own edification and I hope they are helpful to all of you.
It was wrong of me to ask any of you to change how you like and want to post, and I hate that for me personally, I see this going the way it did on iCell "everyone's entitled to my opinion...." and I just ain't going there again. My time is too precious.
I will use this forum, just as I do iCell, read and learn from others when I can and only post transcripts. I shouldhave learned my lesson, but I'm a work in progress....

Thanks for reporting back the info you received from your broker though. Many have called brokers. Almost all of them come back with different answers. Whether he means to or not, your broker actually supports what many of us here are saying. Brokers were given the green light to start showing Ocata as Nasdaq listed stock on Friday. It was a false alarm. Not because of a glitch, but more than likely because there was a change of plans from the Ocata side. Then the glitch which you speak of occurred. If the glitch in itself were the reason for what happened Friday, and not a result of what happened, don't you think we would have heard something from the company in the hours after? Instead what we heard was that those participating in the offering have been notified that the bidding is once again open with the last filed price of $6.21 still being used, the new pricing day is Tuesday, and Ocata is back on the OTC. Um, firstly, you were the one with the insult jham...the first stone as it were.........and please point out where I said "Glitch".....and for gods sakes move on jham, bill is dead and rabin is making pancakes at IHOP prolly.....LOL....The last time I posted on ""your"" board you and your buddy egainman edited my posts to poke fun.... ....Nope, I'm not a follower jham......make your trades sonny....but don't put words in my mouth........Now all I have to do is figure out how to cancel my membership here........................................................................... .............. . ... ........................... ............................................................................................. ................................ ........................................................................................................ ........................................................................................................... ........................... ................................................ |

You didn't say glitch, I used the word glitch as a shortcut to refer to your analogy of the grid coming back on after a power outage and still continuing to flicker. Where did I insult you? This was and is completely unacceptable, this piece of sh#t, turd management made all the wrong calls the past two week and it's a total disgrace. Santa Claus is lucky he wasn't there or I would have smack him upside his head with a snow or trudball or what ever I could have gotten my hands on andIlovethedallascowboys .
