I Like this quote from Feb 2015 SA article. seekingalpha.com/article/2875466-invivo-therapeutics-long-idea-playing-out-with-room-to-runIt should be pointed out, this is but one patient. Many trials start with a promising therapy that demonstrates meaningful positive, early results only to be proven ineffective in later trials. However, as indicated on slide 28 of InVivo's investor presentation "less than 5% of AIS A patients with a T10-T12 injury progress to AIS C or D at one month 1". Investing is all about probability analysis. As an investor, I will take that probability, coupled with InVivo's highly efficacious preclinical data, any day.

Got some NVIV today in anticipation of the 2nd patient 30 day safety clearance. Tomorrow is 30 days from the surgery so I'd expect clearance early next week.

Got some NVIV today in anticipation of the 2nd patient 30 day safety clearance. Tomorrow is 30 days from the surgery so I'd expect clearance early next week. This stock is by far one of the most risky in my profile but not risky for the reasons of others. What I am mean by that is these first 5 patients it is all about safety and I am 99% all but certain we don't have a care in a world in that department from the science I learned doing my DD. IMO this is a pretty safe time to invest as we get all sorts of updates from these 5 patients like mini catalysts week after week will pour in the more patients we get and the more awareness will grow for the stock. My concern: What really brought about all this hype was the insane recovery of patient 1. I think the stock could become far less stable than its current trend if the next few fail to show significant efficacy. However >>> long term the point is getting to trials. If we can show 100% safety, 100% some efficacy and the potential for amazing efficacy long term this is the perfect investment. Animals or not I would like to point this out: " Of the 44 monkeys used in the original study, all of them recovered from their spinal cord injuries and were free from paralysis." I know that is animals, but seriously - 100%? Even if humans didn't respond the same way it MUST show SOME kind of efficacy. With the current and future catalysts which include up-listing the future potential at commercialization and hype is a massive level and the science in my opinion is as soon as it gets. Also yet another major catalyst is they will be using stem cells combined with this in the future. I don't want to sound too pumpy here but I have high hopes. GLTA holders!!

Def some risk in demonstrating efficacy. Personally, I think it's unlikely that all the patients will demonstrate the same efficacy as patient 1. That said, I view this as a trade for now. If I can get a quick 10% in the next week, I'd be fine with it. I may make an longer term investment at some point after the phase 1 trial results come in and things look positive.

Wow it's poppin today already broke 8%. Sorry to break it to you - you may make more than you were planning lol Haha! Well that was fast. Im inclined to let it run as long as volume is as strong as it has been, but if you look at the 2 year chart, there's some pretty heavy resistance in the 2.60s.

We'll see, anything could happen.

The good news is that the resistance was formed with relatively light volume, so it shouldn't take much to get through it, but volume will have to remain relatively strong .

Surprised stock didn't jump on that. Backwards walking in water definitely uses back and hamstring muscles. Good for him and us!

Update on Jessi (patient #2). www.gofundme.com/lm00m0 most certainly can expect positive data and enrollment of the next 3 patients. GLTA
