Hey guys, just wanted to let you know the vote count is going great on Icell. I think it's time we combine results. If you haven't emailed me your share count already please do so if not that's ok too. If you can still post at icell I encourage you guys to post.
We are up to 6,240,270 that's 14.75% if the outstanding share count is 42,300,000.
What I've been doing is adding everyone that emails me their share count to the thread and doing an update on the very first post on the thread. If you want to know when the count was last updated it tells you when I last updated that post on the bottom. So if you look at the last post of the thread and what time that was posted and compare with my last edited time of my first post you can tell if it's up to date. Believe me this has not been an easy task as I've gotten literally 100s of emails with people's count that I had to post for them. I have no problem with posting them as long as I get them. You can remain anonymously it doesn't matter. Just give me something to recognize you're human oh wait you do and that's by actually emailing me. Just give me an idea as to what you want me to put has your name. Here is my email address so you can email me your share count: roland_bracken@yahoo.com
How will you know if I've posted your share count, you say, well I email you back with a link to the thread so you can see your name. I've done that with every email.
Don't forget if you already posted or emailed me please don't do it again. Thanks!!

Thanks BA. Just emailed you my effort at flipping the bird to Wotton and his merry band of buttwipes. I'd forget about flipping the bird at PW. Right now if the effort prevents the takeover, there's a probability Astellas comes back with a better offer. That also lines PW's pockets even more when a deal goes through. He's also a shareholder too. I'm just concentrating on what's doing right for me.

Last post for the night. If people are interested in collectively organizing and identifying the count of shares that will not accept the $8.50 tender offer, you can reply to this thread with your share count. I know people may not be comfortable disclosing their share count, so don't if it makes you uncomfortable. But, if shareholders are serious about trying to determine if there are anywhere near 4.6 million shares that will not accept $8.50, disclosing your share count is the only way to do it. Are there any legal consequences to place a sell order, say at $55 limit, in order to count the number of shares on the book at $55? In other words, if all those intereseted in finding out a share count with anonymity could agree on a time range within the day and place such an order, would you be able to legally find out (estimated of course) the shareholder base with similar voting intent? Thanks in advance.

Toro - I don't think there are any legal consequences to what you suggested above, I just think getting people to agree to place a sell order at some agreed upon high price is too difficult to coordinate and make happen. IMO, the poll Brack started and is keeping track of is as good a way as any to get a general idea of the shares that won't be tendered for $8.50.
