Atomicpunk we are moving forward. If you have not talked to Eric (attorney) yet or Kukkido and have retained appraisal rights you might be running out of time to join the group. Paperwork is moving forward this week.

Paperwork is moving forward this week. I Joined a long time ago and have talked to both Eric and Kukkido. Was just asking if there were any recent updates Kukkido might want to share here. And I'm quite aware of the gag order. Peace .

Cool, hard to know who is who between real names and message board names. I assume you are one of the names on the form I am looking at. I am John and my wife is Beth. Kukkido, do you have or need personal emails for each so we can communicate between the group that has signed on through email?

At some point everyone that's on board will have to decide on issues... We will need to arrange conference calls or skype or something to keep everyone on the same page.

Even though I am out, I wish a huge success on your endeavor. I always thought in the current state it was worth at least a minimum of $12, but thought the $20's were realistic when we went deep into the phase II trials.

JMO but 12, $20 just seems so low! What was it that Ted Myles said......... Were talking about the most potent stem cells. The gold standard. Cells that are capable of "curing" SMD, AMD, Lupus, Sepsis, Chrones disease, MS, Blood, Arthritis and HUNDREDS of other conditions.
Paul Watton sold us for peanuts, hopefully "WE" dont "SETTLE" for a second helping of peanuts this round ...... the last and final round.

We are finally filing the case. All paperwork is in order and everyone who has been offered Appraisal rights are signed on to our suit. Within 20 days, Astellas will have to answer our petition and I will keep everyone abreast of what is happening. Good luck to all.
Kukkido.
No need for anything else, unless some others still want to join. Everyone will pay in the end the fees if they have signed up or not, they will have to provide their own legal counsel. We will not share, heehehehheheheheehehe. Jk

We will not share, heehehehheheheheehehe. Jk LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!! THE SAGA OF OCATA CONTINUES!!! GAME ON!!! Just a note to let every know that we have at least two filings in the court for appraisal rights! I am not sure if Kukkido's was one of those two, but if his came after that, then we will have at least three. Remember, we only needed one, and then everyone who had demanded appraisal rights would automatically be added. I can also pass along that up to now, taking into account any requests for withdrawal of appraisal rights, there are 1,458,009 shares that have demanded appraisal rights. My counsel's summation is that this is at least a respectable number, to share the court costs across. There has been discussion previously that the court would assign a team for an independent appraisal. At this point in time, I am hard pressed to see any "pressure" that myself, as an individual investor, can exert on the process or outcome. Would invite any views to the contrary, as I have been a very active advocate and would continue to be, if I can see something that would influence a more positive result. I have seen some new developments in the science being report on Caesar's Facebook discussion group. I think that as we see these developments it would be great to point them out, just so we can see what is happening to "our science". Obviously, the value would be determined at the time of the sale, but as we see these developments happening just after the takeover, we know that "the value" was there all of the time.

Just here in the Philippines, Its a beautiful day overlooking where Mac Arthur had landed and going to correigedor and Leyte. I visited the Death March from Bataan and Went to Fort Santiago and Intramuros. Next stop is Dumaguete, where the older American University outside the US is located. We have filed and we are on our way. There isn't alot to discuss right now and we are putting together our information to make our case for a higher PPS. When GR went to China and made a pitch for a partnership with the information about Lucentis and Avastin in our comparison, it will show they had an idea that the pps would be much higher once completing the trials. Having an approval from THE DOH Working group on our HESC and not passing it along to the shareholders is a tell tale sign that we were on our way but we held back because of management and its corruption. There is alot from the dumpster.
Kukkido
P.S. Im getting married May 8th. back in the states soon.

Hi everyone,
Well, Im back. I went to the Philippines, I got married and now Im home. I got a message from Eric, we have filed our case and there are no others who filed besides us, as of the week I left. We have 20 days before the company has to respond to the complaint and we will know which way the case will go from there.
A couple of options, they will decide to delay and wait it out, or they could settle to finish this and move on. I am hoping to settle with a positive appraisal which we can all be proud of. I will keep you involved. Let me know if you are still interested by sending a hello message and ask me some questions that I cant answer. I think it will be time I go to see Eric in his office.
Take care,
Kukkido

Kukkido,
First things first...CONGRATULATIONS! It sounds as though you did it up right, but we would expect no less from you, that is to be sure! Best wishes to you and the new bride!
I posted, a few posts prior to this one, the information that I had received from COVINGTON & BURLING LLP, who purported to be representing the "Company", being Ocata Therapeutics, Inc. The letter was dated May 3. The letter written by a C. William Phillips, stated that there had been two proceedings filed as of that date. I am certain that we are all pleased that we have the process started. If there are more than one action brought, I am not certain who would take the lead. With your aggressiveness, I am hoping that it will be yours.
Just thought that I would pass along the additional detail of the letter from COVINGTON, as far as dating goes, if it would be of any interest.
Thanks,
doctor01
