Looks like BHRT is back to pre- "iCell pump" price. This one is going sub-penny. It's ironic how the owner of that site, who admits he has a personal relationship with CEO Mike Tomas (heck there is even a court affidavit where he gave a testimony for him), openly orchcestrates a pump to manipulate the the share price on iCell, and icellman comes over here and accuses some of us of having an agenda, lol. Agendas. My parents were killed by an agenda. Ever since, I've been fighting against agendas. They seem to be everywhere. I can't fight alone.

its pretty obvious JG is a shill and a scam artist at that. Did anything ever come of him misleading Icellers into believing membership fees would in part be donated to charity? Does anyone know where you can send a letter to report that type of abuse? asusdelux, I don't think anything ever came of it, because many of those getting taken advantage of are brainwashed into thinking that scam or not it is still worth the price of admission. There is a place to report this kind of activity. Here is a a quote from ABR from the last Google Group including a link to where you can report it: For those who were scammed into contributing money to iCell under the impression that part of their membership fees would be donated to Feeed's non-existent (and never having existed) fake charity "Patients for Regenerative Medicine", you may be interested to know that the Federal Trade Commission takes charity scams seriously enough to have set up a website allowing you to report fake charities and related solicitations:www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/GettingStarted?NextQID=265&Url=%23%26panel1-8#crnt

Actually that whole post by ABR made back in April sums up the situation over there. Since I keep getting accused of having an agenda or "manipulating" blah blah blah, I am going to copy and paste that post from ABR below in its entirety so that people who still have their head still buried in the sand over there can see what is really going on and what it really means to have an agenda and manipulate: A few thoughts on the recent craziness.
Feeed feigning ignorance at msemporda's behavior is highly entertaining. Feeed is and has always been well aware of how msemporda behaves, it's the very reason that he was made a manager. Unfortunately for msemporda, he did his job a little too well. There is no doubt in my mind that Feeed would have had no problem with msemporda's recent antics if it didn't end up affecting his wallet. Once paying members started canceling their memberships over the latest msemporda debacle, Feeed did a 180 and immediately hung msemporda out to dry. Of course, he feigned ignorance and blamed msemporda for the whole thing, and now msemporda is just the latest one in a long line of mangers who Feeed claims has "betrayed him" and subsequently banned. Funny how the only thing in common with all these managers that have "betrayed him" is Feeed himself. Feeed of course is never to blame in any of these instances.
msemporda should have been demoted, not banned. His behavior was encouraged and condoned by Feeed. Right up until it started costing Feeed money. msemporda is a smart guy with a lot of great contributions to iCell. Feeed banning him is just Feeed shooting himself in the foot yet again.
It's crazy that iCell banned Patti. She has contributed more to iCell than anyone other than Rocky, thanks to her tireless transcription efforts. Most people sit around and talk about their opinions and contribute little to nothing more than that. She has consistently and routinely made material contributions in the form of her transcriptions that have been of enormous value time and time again. The fact that she has been willing to do this at no charge is an incredible gift. Especially considering all the money that Feeed has made off of her efforts due to her transcripts composing much of the value of accessing the iCell website. And she is thanked for this with a ban. Absolutely crazy.
Speaking of Patti, this blew my mind:
"PM1469 (Patti) had a number of prior Managerial Issues written up in her File for which she was previously advised."
iCell keeps "File"s on its members? Really? That is beyond ridiculous. I don't even know what to say about this, it's so absurd. For those who were scammed into contributing money to iCell under the impression that part of their membership fees would be donated to Feeed's non-existent (and never having existed) fake charity "Patients for Regenerative Medicine", you may be interested to know that the Federal Trade Commission takes charity scams seriously enough to have set up a website allowing you to report fake charities and related solicitations:
www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/GettingStarted?NextQID=265&Url=%23%26panel1-8#crnt
For those unaware of the background on the fake charity Feeed pretends to run, here's some information to verify it on your own that I posted in March:
... The IRS updated their Exempt Organization data again in mid-March. Still no results for any organization by the name of "Patients ForRegenerative Medicine".
You can see this here: www.irs.gov/Charities-&-Non-Profits/Exempt-Organizations-Select-Check A search using the IRS "Exempt Organizations Select Check Tool" on all of these data sources still reveals no results for any organization named "Patients For Regenerative Medicine".
The iCell "benefits" page here: investorstemcell.com/forum/benefits.php
continues to reference this "Patients ForRegenerative Medicine" entity as an existing 501c3, claiming to donate $1 of each monthly membership to it. I wonder how that is and has been happening, considering the IRS shows no record of this entity existing or having ever existed, per the above. I also wonder if the people who are paying for memberships are aware of this. I'd think they would want to know.
It's too bad that paying iCell members are being treated this way by iCell management. Charity scams are low indeed.
Given the evidence, this looks like charity fraud to me. 19 months of it and counting, so far. ...
As someone who believes strongly in charitable giving, charity scams like this infuriate me. I don't understand why more people are not upset about this. It seems like a lot of folks don't mind that Feeed is scamming people like this, which I do not understand.Oh, and just in case anyone was interested, Feeed's business license for Stem Cell Media, LLC (the company Feeed created that owns iCell) was revoked almost a year ago:
ucc.state.ri.us/CorpSearch/CorpSearchFormList.asp?SearchType=E&FEIN=000617459
ucc.state.ri.us/CORP_DRIVE1/2013/0425/000091474/0033/201315583260_1.pdf
Yet he continues to operate as a business and collect fees from his members. That's right, we now have a non-existent business to go with the non-existent charity. At least the business did exist at one point in time.
As usual, I'm sure that posting facts and evidence will be re-framed by Feeed as "being attacked", which is his standard response when someone points out the truth about his behavior.
Sorry for the derailment, but there are a fair number of new faces here lately, and I thought it important to bring up the charity item again for those who aren't aware of it. They certainly won't be told on iCell how they are being scammed.- a blind rat

Bioheart is being sued for unpaid debt. I wonder how this will get spun elsewhere... www.bizjournals.com/southflorida/news/2015/01/08/sunrise-biotech-company-sued-for-2-3m.htmlSunrise biotech company sued for $2.3M Celia Ampel Reporter- South Florida Business Journal Email | Twitter | Facebook Two South Florida investors are suing a Sunrise stem cell company for $2.3 million. Brenda Leonhardt and Bryan Collins allege in their lawsuit that Bioheart (BHRT) never repaid millions of dollars of loans made in 2007. According to the suit, former Miami Dolphins players Dan Marino and Jason Taylor also invested in the company. "According to company filings, Bioheart has a history of asking its investors, including me, Dan Marino and Jason Taylor, to guarantee its loans," Leonhardt said in a news release. "But unlike the local football greats, I'm waiting to be paid back millions." Representatives for Bioheart did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The company operates internationally, and its market capitalization is $5.72 million. The lawsuit, filed in Broward County, alleges that Leonhardt and her then-husband paid $3 million to Bank of America after signing a personal guarantee on a Bioheart loan from the bank. The company allegedly told Leonhardt in 2013 that it carried a debt of $2 million owed to her on its books. "In 2007, I helped the company and its executives raise much needed capital," Leonhardt said in a news release. "Instead of [Bioheart] graciously repaying me, I have to file a lawsuit and chase them down."

I wonder if Brenda Leonhardt is somehow related to former CEO Howard Leonhardt.

I haven't been following this one for a while, but was surprised to read elsewhere recently that there are some who still own shares this company. The board and majority shareholders approved a 1,000:1 reverse split that was supposed to become effective at the end of September. They still haven't implemented it yet however. The reason for doing the r/s according to the filing is to attract more investors and stay above the $.01 requirement for an OTCQB listed stock. They have no plans to up-list (not that they could if they wanted to).
Not sure if anyone on this board has a position in this one, but if so, why? Any compelling reason?

JHam - You provided everyone very good due diligence on this company a year ago, and clearly explained the risks and why folks should stay away... that's when BHRT was trading 10 times higher than it is now.
Still too much risk here IMO, but they could announce some positive news in conjunction with the upcoming reverse that provides a short term trading opportunity. I'm not going to be doing that, but its a thought.

Looks like BHRT did their reverse split today. We'll see how that works out.

Already trading below $4 after the r/s had them well above $5. Would not be surprised to see this thing shorted right back down into the pennies.

BHRT down 55% today. Now down to $1.75. The r/s put them over $5, lol. Would not be surprised to see this one back in the pennies soon. Wonder how this is being spun elsewhere.
