Very curious to see if there is big news on Monday. I sold everything into the after hours spike. Never expected to see this today. The pump & dump fraction has discovered CPSH, but it could be however an upcoming news event as well. We will see on monday. I can imagine this one to go up to $4-5 even without news, but i don't want to gamble on it 😂

Looks like it will be another big day today, but great job locking in profits.

The after hours spike didn't seem to hold but I am sticking with all my shares to see where it goes. It might trickle back down this week as traders take off for the holiday, but hopefully there is news to substantiate the increase next week.

It might. FWIW, I am now out. Great company, I have nothing but respect for them. While I would never in my life short CPSH, sometimes the cake of celebration is too rich for my tastes. Long EMAN, KTCC.

What's the story behind EMAN? They make tiny LEDs that are used in all sorts of bigger applications, some military. Closest competitor is KOPN. Money loser, but: 1) Increasing sales 2) nice liquidity (often > 1m shares/day) 3) volatile. And patience will be rewarded. I'm trading them at this level because I don't see a lot of downside. EMAN lost .09/shr last Q, so if you're an investor, you might avoid. For me, I think that 1.08 bouncing to 1.25 in a matter of weeks is a given. They may even see $1.35, but I'd be out by then. Without a lot of warrants to trade ATM I've been focusing on volatile microcaps. Obviously, the actual moneymakers like CPSH are priority, but only when I smell despair on StockTwits will I buy. Which is every few months. CPSH is a great company, but much better to buy at $2 than $3. BE patient, it's coming. Lots of others (EMAN, AIRI, KOPN, SYPR, AEHR, POWW) are buys when the price is screaming at me. Microcaps are hot, so not a lot of prices screaming right now. EMAN is the pick of that litter right now IMO.

I did sell about 20% at $3.30 after hours last night. Based on today's activity, I should have sold more.

I did keep way too much in retrospect. I was really hoping news would follow that spike, but others who sold out were smarter than me. I am still optimistic that a DoD contract could be announced at anytime, but also recognize that one of their big clients issued a stop work and even with vaccines on the horizon, it will be at least two more quarters until enough people are vaccinated to really see manufacturing back to normal.

Yeah, this one won’t stay down for long in my opinion. No biggie holding on to this one for the long haul if one has patience.

I will slowly start building up my position. Definitely a good price right now. $1.50 would be a dream to buy big...

Great end to the week for CPSH. I put in a buy order yesterday (and just missed it) for $2.56 and it closed today over a dollar higher on 5x volume. I saw someone on twitter post about a new European patent for a scalable modular design of 48-volt li-ion battery management system, but they didn't even put out a PR for it so I have trouble believing that patent caused a 30% spike over the last two days.
It will probably go all the way back down on Monday, but I will wait until then to sell any shares since we might see a PR Monday morning substantiating the end of the week spike.

CPSH is on my watchlist. I’ve eventually wanted to get back in but haven’t been able to yet. It sometimes goes on these runs above $3 and then back down shortly after. I agree I don’t think a patent is responsible for it. Unless there is a PR on Monday I imagine it will trickle back down, if history is any indicator.

I sold about 70% of my position this morning. I have a couple of more sell orders that might take me down to 10% of my position compared to last week. This pretty much guarantees that news will break and the pps will jump to $6 later this week.

It seems like it’s just following the recent pattern that started a few months ago. If no news breaks then I expect it to head back below $3.

I agree. I still can't figure out how to determine this myself in Fidelity, but on Twitter someone posted that no shares are available to short. That spurred my sell orders.
Since this one is in the trendy EV market, I think there is a lot of momentum to jump into it, but until news substantiates the price increase, I think we will see volatility between $2 and $3.50. I am averaged in at $1.78 and will look to add more shares if it drops down close to $2 again.
