I believe it took place after the market closed, but I haven't checked the after hours volume.
Premarket the action was up to around 8.50, and it did quite well until the MMs took the price down and into the red. It didn't take long until it turned green again, so my guess is that the MMs are looking for relatively cheap shares given the very low float and that available shares at the moment might be hard to come by.
It took place at 3:45pm est. I just listened to it on the replay at the link above. Very good call.

This is very cool, air taxis right around the corner. Credit to laste_rounde at ST for finding this. It illustrates how the real opportunity here is not simply with the drones, it's with the infrastructure/AURA platform (made with ONDS Fullmax base stations). Wisk, an electric air taxi company, has been working with NASA since November on solutions for integrating autonomous aircraft into the national airspace. Joby is set to begin flight testing with NASA later this year.Be sure to watch this video. Joby is basically driverless Uber-in-the-air that will run on the AURA network, made possible via AURA's collaboration with NASA: In addition to the Series A funding, [AURA] earlier this month was selected by NASA as a National Campaign partner to integrate air taxies, cargo-delivery aircraft and revolutionary air-vehicle concepts into the national airspace. The NASA selection comes on the heels of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) naming AURA to a new fast-tracking rulemaking committee tasked with empowering beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) aircraft operations. In turn, those milestones follow a January Federal Communications Commission (FCC) ruling that allows AURA to expand its network and foster UAS operations at all altitudes across the nation, not just the relatively low-level operations allowed today.

www.businesswire.com/news/home/20210816005216/en/Ondas Holdings Reports Second Quarter 2021 Financial Results
Ongoing investments in market expansion and deeper penetration of select verticals are expected to continue supporting customer activity as Ondas advances its long-term strategy to drive commercial penetration of its proprietary technology across multiple markets. The Company continues to work closely with Class 1 Rails and its strategic rail partner Siemens to advance the adoption of Ondas’ FullMAX platform in the 900 MHz network, greenfield spectrum. We expect to receive a purchase order from the Class 1 Rails related to the MC-IoT Rail lab in the fourth quarter of 2021, an important step on the roadmap to commercial adoption. We also expect to receive additional joint-product development projects with Siemens with increased activity related to international markets.

FWIW. Revenue is not a concern at the moment as they are still in the ramping up stage:
Revenues decreased by 25% to approximately $0.9 million for the three months ended June 30, 2021, as compared to approximately $1.2 million for the three months ended June 30, 2020. The decrease in revenue was primarily a result of lower product sales which were offset by the increase in development revenue in the three months ended June 30, 2021, as compared to the three months ended June 30, 2020, during which the Company fulfilled a large network product order. Gross profit decreased by 50% to $307,000 for the three months ended June 30, 2021, as compared to $615,000 for the three months ended June 30, 2020, as a result of lower revenue and higher cost of goods sold related to development agreements. Gross profit on a percentage basis was approximately 35% for the three months ended June 30, 2021, compared to 53% for the three months ended June 30, 2020. The lower gross profit percentage was driven by the change in mix between development revenue at a lower margin then product revenues.

Good call. Nothing too exciting as expected. We’re still in the pre-game warmup stage. They said they’ll eventually announce the names of these huge Fortune 500 companies they are making deals with. They can’t right now for competitive reasons.
We could have a nice buying opportunity in the near term for those who have their eyes set on the long game.

Have you ever seen "Westworld" on HBO? A very strange dystopian fantasy in a world of androids/humanoids used for entertainment by the elite. Near the end of the series, the use of autonomous aerial drone taxis/transportation is very realistic and well presented. May not be far off the mark Creepy mini series though!

Okay, I'm pretty damn sure that I just witnessed a full grown monkey exit the cockpit before hugging a stewardess. While the cockpit door was still open all I could hear was an automated system repeating "Pull Up, Pull Up" over and over again, before the monkey returned to the cockpit with a banana peel stuck to his left leg and the door closed behind him.
How do the oxygen masks work again?

Is it true that I'm the only nut on the plane now as they no longer serve those delicious salted nuts?
So cheap if true!

Very nice close to end the week... definitely a positive moving forward. I had hoped earlier in the week that it could close at around $7 by Friday, given the nice early start, but then it fizzled throughout the week only to rebound strong into Friday. My shares of OMF also didn't disappoint, so for me it's like a Christmas Friday.

Back in the green on this one for now.
It's worth noting that American Robotics no longer has its own twitter feed separate from Ondas.

Back in the green on this one for now. It's worth noting that American Robotics no longer has its own twitter feed separate from Ondas. Very nice movement today. You have to wonder if news is coming on Tuesday. There is also some excitement about Biden directing the FAA to use drones to inspect the energy infrastructure for damage after Hurricane Ida. CEO Eric Brock even responded to someone on twitter about this:

Also, it looks like InfinityTrades on twitter spoke with ONDS management recently. Excepting lots of news through the rest of 2022. Investor Day for AR going to happen at the end of September. Siemens will be promoting ONDS "front and center" at a "huge conference"soon: This is what ONDS said on the Q2 call: Continuing with Siemens, on our last earnings call we made you aware of a new development program that was initiated in Q1. We received the initial purchase orders last quarter and that development project, which is our first onboard locomotive product, is well underway with expected completion by the end of the year. Importantly, Siemens intends to market this product worldwide not just in North America. We’ll provide additional updates on this exciting new product in the near term.
We also want to note that we expect to secure additional product integration agreements with Siemens in the second half of 2021.
