Next week could be very exciting. With the IPO being launched and if Dan announces something new...

I registered to attend the Advaxis Research reception in Philadelphia on April 21st. I don't think there will be anything new, but it should be interesting. I'll report back afterwards. Is anyone else attending?

The sky is falling...until it didn't. There was a lot of new short interest today, Monday.

Nice volume today - good start to the week. Very curious to see what happens with the aduro ipo. Hoping Dan drops a timely bombshell this week as well. THis stock has just been a monster.

Agree Nature. IMO, ADXS' market cap is going to be somewhat driven by what Aduro gets done in the IPO. Link to a decent short article is below.
If Aduro comes out valued at close to $1B, that'll bode well for ADXS. I don't think ADXS is going to be valued as high as Aduro because Aduro has the $750M Novartis deal.

I'll take today as a win. With Walsh et al presenting tomorrow and the Arduro IPO pricing higher than first anticipated, ADXS is a gift that keeps on giving.

It is. However, not a great response from adxs. Isn't it always the case....anticipating an event happening that's going to raise the sp tremendously and the opposite happens. Can never figure that out. It's early yet and overall should be good for adxs.

What do folks make of this? People jumping over to adro? I must admit, I am a little surprised. Not selling, still think this is the horse to bet on. ADRO IPO has to be good for adxs in the long run. Oh Dan, a few deals announced would be nice

I think the a during valuation is still a good sign for Adxs. I did not expect in a day for adxs to match a during MC, but over time I think we will see adxs close in on Aduro. As for today, I think it was more of a coordinated short attack, which we have seen before than institutions pulling out and moving to Aduro.

Not sure I believe Aduro should be valued at $2.5B. Seems a little over-heated.

Totally agree jckrdu. I think we will see them settle in at $1.5-$1.7B IMO. Time will tell, but I think the excitement and momentum played a huge part.

I've never shorted a stock, but shorting Aduro at $43 wouldn't be a bad move IMO. The experts who priced the offering said $17 was fair value.
On ADXS, it may not be following the Aduro run-up because ADXS may have a capital raise planned, and that's keeping the pps in check... for now. If I were CEO, raising a pile of cash somewhere between $17 and $20 using 3-5 million shares would be a wise move.

Kind of saw the capital raise coming last Wednesday.
Raising capital now is a good move IMO.

I think you misunderstood what I was trying to say. ADXS has been on a tear as of late, but got even bigger bump on the news that Aduro would do an IPO. I was simply trying to say that after it officially IPO'ed we would see how much of the initial run-up was due to just a pump on the news, and how much of it was due to people thinking it really made ADXS' valuation higher.

Nice call Jck. I also think this is a good move. I think management has really been executing plan very well. Wouldn't be surprised to see some great announcements next week.

If Dan get a good chunk of capital raised somewhere between $17 to $20 (using only 3-5 million shares so dilution is contained), and then couple it with some news on the backend, it should give ADXS a better chance at gravitating closer to Aduro's valuation.
Good luck!
