Just priced an offering at $2, below 52 week low. Anyone think this could bounce back quick? Unfortunately I haven't been able to do much DD on this one. Any thoughts?

Yeah, i think this could dead cat bounce at the very least... It's been a $5-$6 dollar stock until very recently. With the recent CIRM funding and now this capital raise done, IMO it'll move back to the $2.50 - $3 range in the not too distant future.

Your're right. $4 as of just this past march. I'm probably going to roll some cash into this soon.

I think you guys are on the right track - been day trading this but feels oversold - especially with funding help few days ago. If it goes below $2 I may be inclined/forced to grab some small

BIOC did a capital raise in February at $1.25, and 3 months later its almost tripled. Not sure NBS is going to turn out the same, but other stocks like BIOC have done well after discounted capital raises.

The above post is accurate. Below is an excerpt from the recent 5/21 CIRM grant PR. Bolding is mine.
"The grant is the largest CIRM has made since its Dec 31, 2014 official launch of CIRM 2.0 and one of the largest the organization has ever made to an industry sponsor. Use of any of the CIRM grant funds is subject to dollar-for-dollar match funding by NeoStem."
I may hold my small position long, as commercialization as early as 2018 for their Phase 3 melanoma trial could generate some very nice gains from the current pps of $2 ish.

Latest presentation given by the CEO today is below, and is on their website. Interesting upcoming catalyst is that they're talking to the Japan PMDA about getting a Phase 2 limb ischemia trial started and run under Japan's new legislation. CEO guided that the IND will be filed this summer and discussions with Japanese partners are on-going. I may hold my position until we see the IND and Japan partnership news. But, unlike ATHX... I'll be able to sell on that partnership news as data will be a while further down the road. wsw.com/webcast/marcum3/nbs/

And then there was Caladrius Biosciences. I like the name. Here is hoping it signifies true transformation for the better.

This one's playing out well. I've added a little more and plan to hold until we see the Japanese partnership news sometime this summer.

I'm curious to see what happens once the name change takes effect on Monday. It seems like that should be good for at least a small price increase, but I'm also planning on holding until bigger events transpire.

Nice work guys already up 10% Thanks Yelk. Been adding in small increments. The more I read about NeoStem the more I like it.
I plan to hold for 2 upcoming catalysts: 1) Should see some type of news with the name change that happens on 6/8, and 2) In the recent Marcom presentation, the CEO stated they're in Japanese partnership talks for their limb ischemia IND that will be filed sometime this summer with the PMDA. He wasn't definitive of the timeline for the partnership, but my read of the situation was that they'd have a partner lined up at the time they submit the IND. Could move it back to $4ish range on that news.
