Hi guys! been interested in ONCS for a while now. I have traded some over the past year or two. Currently not a shareholder at present as i sold all earlier in the year after the reverse split. Looking to get back in, but not sure when they were going to announce any results in the coming months. i am under the impression that no data until sometime in 2016. Is this correct? If so, when are you guys expecting them to announce? Summer 2016? TIA...

Hans,
I am expecting to hear more regarding the combination trial sometime in mid-late 2016. There might be some other surprise catalysts between now and then but I think you have some time to start a position.

Thanks for the reply buddy. Yeah that is a ways out. Personally, i think i will probably start a position after the new year. As i posted elsewhere, these small bios that have been beaten down tend to get some tax loss selling in december. At least sometimes that occurs. Thanks again...

JHam and others will probably fill in the gaps here too. I'm sure we will hear more on head and neck , breast cancer and othe trials between now and then. More collaborations with industry and academia. A new indication and also a new Cytokine producing plasmid(IL-15?) All have the potential to push the needle in terms of value creation. The 800 lb gorilla will be the combo trial results though for sure. Good results and we should have some deep pocketed suitors come knocking. On the other hand more dilution is probably in the cards but that's developmental biotech for you.

Hi fellas, hope you're all having a great weekend. Finally decided to join this forum and I'm glad I did. I was getting a little impatient with the recent raise but reading that email from Punit, I feel a little better. Thanks for sharing. Lots of good posts here.

As far as milestones, reading the last paragraph of this blog, I was under the impression we would be getting some preclinical updates from Heat or Plexxikon in September. "We look forward to announcing upcoming milestones this month and what is shaping up to be an exciting fall." oncosec.com/oncosec-summer-wrap-up-and-future-outlook-part-1/Anyway for some reason, we did not hear anything. The blog itself is titled "Part I" so I am assuming there will be some kind of update before interim combo data becomes available in mid-late 2016.

Someone tweeted that ONCS just submitted an abstract for ASCO 2016 review/consideration. Submissions could start as early as Nov 13th so I assume it is possible. I searched around but couldn't find any links - perhaps I'm looking in wrong locations. Anyone else have info on ONCS and ASCO? Thanks in advance.

Craigakess,
I looked around and could not find anything either. ASCO is the most likely forum for them to have a data readout on the combo and other trials. At least that is what I am expecting. There should be enough time between now and then for them to enroll enough patients and generate some data.

Search results in Twitter using "Oncosec" twitter.com/search?q=oncosec&src=typd...using "$ONCS" twitter.com/search?q=%24ONCS&src=typdBtw I appreciated your comments and arguments on SA regarding cash burn and right entry point. But I hope you're not being a Richard here with the above post.

Craigakess wasn't making it up. Follow this link...http://ftp.boardcentral.com/twitter/a/KjwFake . I just searched asco for oncosec related abstracts and could only find ones from 2014. Maybe you could ask kjwfake? I don't have Twitter.

ASCO started accepting abstracts on Nov 13, the day this guy claims ONCS submitted one the same day. Super unlikely. Unless this guy has inside info, still super unlikely. This guy is based in Panama. And his twitter handle has the word "fake" in it. Won't even bother reaching out to him. I hope they do present interim combo data at ASCO though. am.asco.org/abstracts

I am sure oncosec is planning to present at asco for maximum impact. I guess we will see tomorrow if they chose to pr anything. Next pr is probably there move into the new office and lab space. After that I'm expecting a readout on one of their preclinical collaborations.

The 800 lb gorilla will be the combo trial results though for sure. Good results and we should have some deep pocketed suitors come knocking. On the other hand more dilution is probably in the cards but that's developmental biotech for you. I doubt we will hear anything on P2b, H&N, or TNBC until early next year at the earliest. Upcoming milestones for year end 2015 are (imo): - Lymphoma data - Expanded study data - Heat data (50/50 chance) - Plexxikon data (50/50 chance) For the record I am not counting on any of these events being a real pps mover. However, if the expanded study data shows better ORRs than the original P2 data then who knows. For what it's worth, I think we'll get some kind of update about P2b in 1Q16. Even if it is not an update discussing data. Part of me wishes they just kept quiet about that trial until they are ready to release interim data on all enrolled patients.

Jham, given your opinion on milestones, how would you play ONCS right now. Hold existing shares? What about adding new shares... wait to see if this goes lower and possibly more dilution, or do you start slowly adding here? Thanks for opinions and advice
