Seems as though Oil Prices (as of today $35.93 per barrel) are going to create the next market mini crash sometime in 2016.
With that said I'm very happy sitting on OCAT as I watch the market shake out. Hopefully Astellas doesn't get the required 50% and are forced to sweeten the offer.

If this deal falls through we go back to $3 I believe. I believe the deal will end up going through and we should probably take our money and run.

I'm reminded of the Joe Namath quote, "It's three in the morning, and Miss America just ain't coming in." As the deadline approaches, fondness for this offer may change. When I bought my house last year I gave the previous owner's real estate agent "my best and final offer" 3 times before I reached an amount they were happy with.
