Looking at this issue, seems to have potential but I have such a poor track record I thought I would enlist the opinions of the many. Anyone own or looked at the company?

Yep, somebody knows something no one else does obviously or they're baiting a trap.

Looking at this issue, seems to have potential but I have such a poor track record I thought I would enlist the opinions of the many. Anyone own or looked at the company? I no longer buy and sell OTC stocks, so can't really comment on the company itself, and haven't heard of it before. If I do buy another OTC as an investment in the future it will only be for between $500- $2500 tops, and more likely the former rather than the latter amount due to the nature of OTC "investments".
My only recommendation would be to look at their filings (as many as possible) to get a good understanding of where the company has been and where it thinks it's headed. Look at their assets and liabilities, how many shares outstanding, etc, as that will help determine if it's worth investing.

Nice trajectory so far. Keeping an eye on this, research has not convinced me one way or the other about investment possibilities. They did have a 3 for 1 split in 2015. Also they were just added to a Micro Fund index.

I have done that before. Usually my caution is correct, but that dosen't mean I should not have gotten in and rode the wave for a day or two. I just dont like day trading

This another super low float micro cap software company that similarly to CPAH and CPSH just announced a few weeks ago, a massive increase in year-to-year revenue (414%) of $5.6M. Very undervalued, especially considering the guided revs for the end of 2020.
I actually bought and averaged down to $1.73 last week. There was a pop today due to patent news. I sold at $2.06 for about a 20% profit because, I don’t think the news justified the jump. Looking to get back in again after it settles back down.

Just to be transparent, here is a post of my buys elsewhere since I didn’t post it here originally.

I have been watching this one the past few days wanting to sell another stock to get back in. I did that yesterday, but just bought back today premarket. Something is buzzing as it's up 15% at the moment.

Here was the news. The rally fizzled during premarket and I bought at the high. Averaged down and will add more again after it drops more. This is another low float, massively increasing revenue software company that I really like and don’t mind holding onto for a while. Otherwise I wouldn’t have taken the risk premarket: finance.yahoo.com/news/cleanspark-announces-significant-upgrades-cutting-130000880.htmlCleanSpark Announces Significant Upgrades to its Cutting-Edge Analytics and Modeling Software

This company looks similar to CPAH in terms of market cap and growth potential. I'm thinking about building a long term position here along CPAH and maybe even CPSH. I had it on the radar, when they had recently the massive rally.

I had it on the radar, when they had recently the massive rally. CPSH is next on my list. I owned that one for a brief moment. Looking to get back in, but I think there is more potential for near term catalysts with CLSK. I could be wrong on that of course, but just from listening to the last few presentations, I think we’ll get some news before the end of the Q.

I bought a first position today. I will add again tomorrow.
I will look at CPSH, when our QTNT play comes to an end with EUA. I will look to buy CPSH then with the cash generated from QTNT. I'm a little bit short of cash currently and prefer it to buy CLSK, as it looks more interesting in the short term.

Yeah, my average is quite high at the moment ($2.52), but I am looking to double my position once it drops back into the low $2s, which I think it will. They raised cash no too long ago and are starting to generate revenue, so I am not too worried about another raise. Even if they do, I doubt it would be a big one. But jeeze, when you look at their year to year revenue, it's impressive. They are anticipating $40M by 2022. That's for a company with high margins that is only trading at $20M at the moment. Like CPAH, they aren't even trading at trailing revs at the moment.

I completed my purchase today at $2.14. Average of 2.17 now. Who cares about a higher average? We are not looking for pennies here:)
