NLST just got their @$$ handed to them. Judge said NLST failed to show infringement and terminated the case. I thought I learned my lesson before with MGT. Never again will I play around with these kind of binary event patent infringement stocks. I didn’t have much in this one, but was still a waste of time and money. Ouch, hard lesson. They have a good business and are only trading 1x cash/revenue with high margins, so it is undervalued at the moment. MGT was just a patent troll. The company has put so much time, energy, and money into this litigation, diluting time and time again to pay for lawyer fees, that I'm worried it will take some time for them to bounce back. It would be great if someone buys them out, but I don't plan to wait around for that. Luckily I am up 43% right now, so if I can get out tomorrow right at the bell before it really tanks, then hopefully I can minimize my losses. If not, I'll hold through the first few waves of panic trading and let things settle. GL to me

Got out at $.16, so not the end of the world. Would have much preferred having gotten out yesterday at $.34 though

It was only April when it crashed. I thought it would be at least a year before gains? A lot of chatter on other boards. We'll see?

I am reading some who say %50M, others who say $500M, then of course there are the $5,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 estimates out there as well. I may try and jump in at opening bell if for a quick flip if everything lines up right.

Man, it reached .86 pre market and then with 24 million shares traded it ended up losing 6 cents crazy? I've seen no news as to why? Shorting/ Short covering? This has no place to go but, Up I believe. Ten years Goog has used NLST's patents. Could or should be huge
PS; Hope you didn't jump in at opening?

Impossible to justify jumping in after a 200%, even though I agree it could go higher. I think it dropped because we still have to wait on a ruling from the lower court. The battle for infringement won't be easy. Google won't go down without a fight. Even if they agree to settlement, I don't think it will happen for a while, in my own opinion. I'm definitely interested here, but will wait for when/if it settles back down now before throwing some pennies at this.

Who can tell. That jump in at 200% might not have been a bad idea. Today NLST closed at .72 with a lot of volume. Still no idea how much is coming from Google or a buy out would still be big money. I know Google is in court this week against US Anti-trust case. They still have not let their shareholders know they lost a ten year old case. I heard Google has thirty days to do that. others say no notice needed until a monetary judgement? Some are talking BIG Money a coming, we'll see? Happy here!

I was thinking about jumping in the other day when I saw it below $.40, but as I've mentioned, I get cold feet now when it comes to these binary stocks. Good luck here. I hope Google settles and this thing goes to $15 for you.

This thing is on the move again. A re-certification is coming in the next couple weeks in the Google case. Then SK Hynix tried to move their case out of Texas to California. They said Texas was too slow. They pissed off the judge and he Denied the move and then moved the Jury Trial up to July. Netlist owns Seminal Patents and the day is coming for the Big Boys to pay up. My big pile average .49 all green and holding. Crazy numbers as usual the boards are talking. Current price .85 and climbing. GLTA Here!

Netlist Prevails in Venue Battle as Federal Circuit Denies SK Hynixs Petition 8:35 AM ET 2/26/21 | Dow Jones IRVINE, CA / ACCESSWIRE / February 26, 2021 / Netlist, Inc. (OTCQB:NLST) today announced that the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ("CAFC") has denied SK hynix's petition for change of venue. The appellate court agreed with Judge Alan Albright's ruling that the proper venue for the litigation is the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas ("WDTX") and not the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California ("CDCA"). As a result, Netlist's patent infringement case against SK hynix is scheduled to go to trial on July 6, 2021 in the WDTX. C.K. Hong, Netlist's Chief Executive Officer said, "We are extremely pleased with the appellate court's ruling which affirms the district court's proper determination of venue. This ends SK hynix's legal tactics to delay due process and puts the case on track for a Markman hearing next week and a jury trial in approximately four months." In March 2020, Netlist filed legal proceedings for patent infringement against SK hynix in the WDTX asserting infringement of Netlist U.S. Patent 9,858,218 and 10,474,595 by SK hynix's RDIMM and LRDIMM memory products. In June 2020, Netlist expanded its action by asserting U.S. Patent 10,217,523, a new self-test patent. The court subsequently combined these two actions into a single case. On May 4, 2020, SK hynix filed a motion to transfer venue from WDTX to CDCA, which Netlist disputed. In early February 2021, Judge Albright of the WDTX denied this motion and at the same time, accelerated the dates for the Markman hearing and the jury trial. SK hynix then filed a petition to the CAFC to appeal the Judge's ruling and Netlist filed its own brief with the CAFC in opposition to SK hynix's appeal. On February 25, the CAFC denied SK hynix's petition. The Markman hearing to determine claim construction for the asserted patents and the jury trial to determine infringement and damages are scheduled for March 4, 2021 and July 6, 2021 in the WDTX, respectively. The CAFC order is available at the following link:http://www.cafc.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/opinions-orders/21-114.ORDER.2-25-2021_1739742.pdf About Netlist Netlist provides high-performance SSDs and modular memory subsystems to enterprise customers in diverse industries. A short note about above case. This is small potatoes compared to the case Netlist won Against Google ! This is going to be a very good year for Netlist and all any and all holders. GLTA Here! There are still other cases brewing with Samsung and Imphi. They are probably puckering now that the judge that Google pissed off has moved the court dates up. Again, GLTA Here !!
