Could not resist and pressed the button again at 6.90. Interesting price action now. Thanks for bringing us back over $7 It’s a total rollercoaster today. I really wanted to add more below $7, but I am tapped out at the moment.

Fully loaded with my position here, but am trying to accumulate some other stocks. In full disclosure, I am hoping for $12 in the near term. I’ll probably dump everything if it gets anywhere around that level on FDA news/collaboration news. I think this company has the potential to be multiples of where it is right now, in a years time. Like I said a bunch of times now though, the market is clearly not forward looking with *most* stocks at the moment, and want to make sure I’m not stuck in the event corona is still affecting everything later in the year. All that is subject to change however based on whatever news is released

But i agree with you that this company coould trade much higher lt.

Open Orphan just had a webinar in which they went into great detail about Quotient and the MosaiQ COVID-19 antibody test. Definitely worth the listen if you are interested in this one (22:35) youtu.be/EUWCioFT34Y

Definitely worth the listen if you are interested in this one (22:35) youtu.be/EUWCioFT34YThey had a machine air lifted in a few days ago. They plan on being very vocal about the test in a week or so. They want to do 3,000 tests a day and if they need to will order another machine. He mentioned he thinks they could charge 100-150 pounds per test.

We really need some news. The announcement by Open Orphan today was nice, but the market doesn't care regarding Quotient.

Volume spiking...wonder why? A lot of it is chatroom adds, - but based on a note from Cowen saying they believe FDA approval imminent. So some artificial volume - but that is another catalyst for us.

Did they apply for FDA approval? Just curious what the next catalyst is here.

Yeah I just saw someone tweet how can they get approval if didn't apply. And I don't remember an application - I remember good news about it but ya no application. I did scoop an investment here $7.09 today.

I did scoop an investment here $7.09 today. They've likely finished the application process by now: JERSEY, Channel Islands, April 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Quotient Limited (NASDAQ:QTNT), a commercial-stage diagnostics company (the Company), headquartered in Eysins, Switzerland, today reported very strong final study performance data for its SARS-CoV-2 antibody test. The Company expects to complete the CE marking process and the submission of the FDA emergency use authorization for the MosaiQ COVID-19 Antibody Microarray in the next few days. Discussions with potential customers in Europe and the US are ongoing.

Thanks!

Short summary. Very positive article.
"The start up brings the first antibody test to the market produced in Switzerland. An Ex-Roche Manager stands behind that.
The author explains the history of Walt and his important position, he had at Roche and Siemens Healthineers. QTNT tests results are then compared to Roches, saying that both tests are equally good. Very important and the advantage is the detection of antibodies that the body produces soon after the infection.
The company was founded through the scottish National Blood Servie and therefore has an existing business. QTNT invested 485 Million Dollar into the MosaiQ technology. The goal is it to combine the many tests that are required for blood transfusion on one system. MosaiQ can conduct 132 tests on one device. Current laboratories need at least 4 different systems for that.
Key: The rollout of the new technology was originally planned in eight months. Covid-19 gave them the opportunity to bring the technology very early on the market. The antibody test is an opportunity for Quotient to position themself very fast. The rapid development of the test shows how flexible their technology is. They can double their capacities in the next 18 months. Walt is not concerned about the price and marketing of the machine (They offer leasing). Due to their existing diagnostics business and reagents, they have established contacts to 5000 customers worldwide."
