A poster who I follow on ST who I go back and forth with sometimes has been pounding the table for a while. Here are some of his recent posts that have gotten me more bullish on this one, fwiw: 1/28/21 $PRKR extremely positive markman for PRKR. Judge basically adopted their langauage and where he tweaked it it all helped PRKR. Not only that, he split the 9 patents into 2 future trials as 9 too many for a jury to focus on. Most other judges woulda said Prkr give us your best 4
And with the markman totally in PRKRs favor, we could see up to $500 mm from Intel. And there are 4 open lawsuits based on exactly the same Claims. Those are now likely to settle seeing the writing on the wall. Which is hugely positive in case against QCOM as shows that they have a viable licensing biz and paying clients. And there are literally 100-200 more companies that they can go after settlements from and this ruling sets the stage
Of course, May 3rd QCOM case is granddaddy of them all. IMO they will win and get north of $2.0 B. With Intel, etc, call it $2.5 B. Keep 70% after lawyers and were talking $1.75 B plus on going royalties.
Yet PRKR has MV of $47 mm. You do the math 😁
---
$PRKR another point. PRKR is highly highly likely to reach settlements with numerous players who are stealing its tech. I’m talking about smaller dollar amounts, maybe $1.0 Mm each, but when you add up 100-200 companies the numbers add up pretty fast. Maybe as much as $100 mm in ongoing royalties from the little guys. And ongoing royalties get MUltiples. Call it 15x, or cut it to 8-10x accounting for lawyer fees and taxes. And that another $800 mm-$1.0B in value creation
And when they start reaching these deals, it is extremely helpful in the qcom jury trial. Why? Because QCOM, the sleazy patent thief’s that they are, will say PRKR is a patent troll (patently false - pun intended). Royalties from others massively beefs up PRKRs credibility. Plus they can say we get x $ per part from some random Japanese company. Makes QCOM look like greedy bastards when they try to avoid paying anything
Gotta win QCOM case. No doubt. But odds V good. 20 bagger lurking

2/27/21
$PRKR 2 plus months til qcom trial May 3. Highly likely Prkr wins. And stock worth $15-20 bucks. Stock should rally into trial. Great time and price to add
And no, QCOM won’t settle.
A few folks losing patience based on TWITs. Huh? We know the timeline. May 3 trial starts. Can’t wait. Then sell me your shares
Be there or be square😎This bodes very well for PRKR: www.bloombergquint.com/onweb/intel-told-to-pay-2-18-billion-after-losing-texas-patent-trialIntel Told to Pay $2.18 Billion After Losing Patent Trial

Nice. Look at the time stamp on the article: March 3rd, 2021 12:19 AM. What time zone is this published in?? Parker picked up some steam today Ha! That must be adjusted for JST since I am reading in Japan. I’ve had limit orders in at $1.35 the past few days, but no bites. I may just say screw it and put in market orders tomorrow. A few pennies difference doesn’t really matter with this one anyway. It’s basically all or nothing.

I guess that doesn’t make sense as it would be adjusted for everyone wherever they are reading from. Weird.

Most likely will roller coaster up and down with rulings and appeals going on forever.

Most likely will roller coaster up and down with rulings and appeals going on forever. Apparently the QCOM trial has been pushed back to July 6th. I can’t find anything on it yet, but the poster I copy and pasted above, allsystemsgo, just stated this. It would be quite a lie if not true, so I believe him. Tailwinds also seems to confirm it. It’s probably in a court filing on PACER. I have a PACER account but it’s a pain in the butt to go digging on that site. If true, we’ll probably see a PR soon. I’m sure this is COVID related and as allsystemsgo mentions, it’s a good sign actually that it was only pushed back 2 months. It could provide a good buying opportunity though. I am as bullish as ever with this one. Definitively won markman vs QCOM, plus the recent $2B victory for VSLI vs Intel. VSLI was a patent zombie that has t done anything since 1999. They literally rose from the dead to sue Intel, and won! It really bodes well for PRKR, in both cases.

Down to $1.29 today. I’m thinking people are finally learning that the trial date has been pushed back. I want to add more, but will probably wait until it is PRed and it dips down further.

Looks like a good buying opportunity here ? As Fall approaches the price should surely rise? GLTA Here ! It depends. I added some the other day, but am a little bit hesitant to add any more at the moment. If there is no news, specifically settlement news, prior to the Qualcomm trial in November/December, then this could be a slow bleed downward for a while. They'd maybe even need to raise more cash again before then. I guess if one is confident that they'll win the big cases (Qualcomm and Intel) and aren't concerned with a slow bleed and more potential dilution, then it could be a good time to add. Tailwinds thinks there could be a settlement this quarter: ParkerVision (PRKR) Q2 will likely be the quarter where the first smaller lawsuit gets settled, which will be a transformational event in this company’s timeline.twresearchgroup.com/2021/04/a-catalyst-filled-quarter-lies-around-the-corner/I'll probably wait until it is under $1 before adding more.

I have a nice chunk of this at a low price. I could have cashed out a while back, but I'm going to wait for a more decisive trial result, it could be a while.

Short lived moment in the green, but I’ll take. I wish we could get some details on the settlement, but I guess they don’t want to do that to tip off other litigants?

Look again! ^ +.22 but for how long who knows? I saw that! I was even in the green for 30 seconds. I thought about selling break even then buying back immediately, assuming it would head back down. I decided not to because there’s a possibility that we could have a few settlements lined up. Maybe not, but in the end decided it wasn’t worth the risk. Very happy to see this one have some life though today.

One thing I like about this stock is that if it’s announced that INTEL has settled or is ordered to pay $500M (for example) to PRKR, it’s a pretty safe bet that traders alone will likely drive the pps up to the equivalent market cap. Even despite being in a brutally bearish market.

Looks like this could be headed below a $1. It’s going to be crickets here until the first substantive settlement/patent win happens.
