It was a smart move to not explain in the press release, what the conversion of the preferreds implicates for common stock holders. Retail doesn't look into the 10Q. I will wait for clarification regarding dilution and then will look to buy back my shares. Timing was of course a b**** for all of us who sold yesterday. It could have easily dumped out as well. The selling pressure of the last couple of weeks was a pretty good indicator as far as making an educated guess imo. It's good to that we can hash things out here, without the Pump/dump emotion of posters on some of the other sites. Even with all the info, I still manage to miss the bus more than I care to!

Thanks for the responses. With the craziness of the market, I will plan to hold my shares into next week's move to NASDAQ.

Thanks for the responses. With the craziness of the market, I will plan to hold my shares into next week's move to NASDAQ. Good job holding on. I’m not sure what the deal is. I find it hard to believe that the market would think switch to the NASDAQ outweighs the amount of dilution on the horizon, as indicated in the PR. So perhaps we've misinterpreted the amount/conversion price. Luckily, KMPH (where I put my OBLG cash) has been on a run the past two days and taken the sting away a bit from the OBLG loss. If the market hasn’t reacted by now though, I wouldn’t be surprised to see it continue to climb into the NASDAQ listing. Good luck!

The only consistency (because I leave it alone!) in my portfolio, is my O'Leary OGIG shares.

I know several other stocks tracked in this board are up big today, but this one just jumped on volume. It looks like a $15 price target was put on OBLG and that caused a buying spree. Hopefully it holds.

Breakout of a falling wedge. Could be a good buy for the upcoming weeks...

Breakout of a falling wedge. Could be a good buy for the upcoming weeks... I saw this yesterday. It was a total bloodbath, except OBLG being up 14%. Maybe they are going finally start priming the official launch?

Maybe they are going finally start priming the official launch? Q4 ER next week on Tuesday + conference call for the first time. The uptick yesterday could be caused by the upcoming launch. Bought some shares today in anticipation of next week.

Nothing new, but a good call. More on that tomorrow. The market likes it AH.
I'm adding more.

Breakout of a falling wedge. Could be a good buy for the upcoming weeks... Breakout confirmed?? I would like to see it cross that $5 mark and stay above it. I still own a lot of shares around $4.90 so I like to be green again.

Getting hammered today. Bad earnings? Anyone still in this one?

Getting hammered today. Bad earnings? Anyone still in this one? I bought some shares back today. Earnings were trash, but interesting outlook. $25 Million backlog. Huge customers want Mezzanine for return to office. CC is a very interesting read.

Unfortunately, I still own some shares. Their revenue missed estimates and actually declined significantly from last year, but I think the real driver is the lackluster updates on Mezzanine. They had one customer who encompassed 80% of the Mezzanine revenue. Hopefully, there are more like that one customer in the near future.

Some workers don't want to return and Mezzanine would be be the best solution for a integration of both office and home office.

I did a quick search of their job postings, and one benefit that stood out to me was "unlimited time off"
I'm not sure that I've seen that before, but sign me up.
