Holy did this management messed this one up. Offering at $3.10 + multiple warrants. Jeeze. So much potential here but management really dropped the ball. Over promising, under delivering, and now screwing retail investors. The biggest joke is that they said on the last CC that they will be opportunistic in raising capital. So, I guess that dilution at $3.10 is opportunistic and genius...

I did a quick search of their job postings, and one benefit that stood out to me was "unlimited time off" I'm not sure that I've seen that before, but sign me up. WTF? I need to go to the USA and work for them. Sounds great

I did a quick search of their job postings, and one benefit that stood out to me was "unlimited time off" I'm not sure that I've seen that before, but sign me up. Many tech companies have started using this time off policy. It might sound great, but the reality is that few US employees take more than 3 weeks off per year and since you don't accrue PTO that carries into the next year, the company doesn't inherit the liability of paying out PTO at higher salaries in the future. I am surprised more US companies haven't already switched over to this policy.

I would think that most companies would have a limit on the carry over of PTO. I know my company does. Everyone was so excited when they changed over from the traditional vacation some years back to the new PTO system, and I had to explain to my boss and others that all it was was the company trying to get employees to utilize their limited PTO when they were sick, since the company didn't offer sick days on top of PTO. They also didn't magically increase the amount of days you were getting, and the accrual system to date has been a joke. I've got more than six years in and worked a full year for 2020 but only got like 72 hours PTO which is BS. You get three weeks PTO after working 10 years. Oh and we have the ability to take whenever we want off as well, but it's unpaid.
I could have chosen to try for a management position on multiple occasions, but with the stock trading that I do, I make a hell of a lot more than any of them, including the general manager.
Its the reason I prefer to work the overnight shift.

Not sure what was going on last night but it did not extend into regular trading today. How can that many shares move at such a higher price after hours? I would think that this would encourage short sellers, but I don't see that short interest has increased from last night.

Huge news here today. While the name of the entertainment company isn’t named, the addresses given in the filing check out as Netflix: www.businesswire.com/news/home/20210729005646/en/Oblong’s Mezzanine Selected by Global Entertainment Company to Reinvent Corporate Meeting Spaces

I bought some shares back today. Earnings were trash, but interesting outlook. $25 Million backlog. Huge customers want Mezzanine for return to office. CC is a very interesting read. A potential "return to office" trade could be interesting for OBLG. Some workers don't want to return and Mezzanine would be be the best solution for a integration of both office and home office. Todays press release perfectly confirms my thesis about OBLG that I formulated before.

Todays press release perfectly confirms my thesis about OBLG that I formulated before. Wish I could buy a handful of shares here. That said though, while this news is big, I don’t know how much the name Netflix really does in this regard. They already have huge name customers who use Mezzanine, yet the stock still trades at nothing. The important thing is that another company with 8,000 employees will use the platform. And hopefully others will join. Am I wrong in that?

It would be nice if they included some numbers with the announcement. This could be a huge boost to revenue or it could be the sale of two pieces of hardware for Netflix to evaluate.

OBLG on the move again. Hope that we can finally break out here. 50dma at ~$3.60 could be a key level.

It looks like Dawson James started covering it as a buy with a $15 price target. I hope this leads to a breakout because I am still in the red on a fairly large number of shares.
