Has anyone done DD on urogen (URGN)? It has one FDA approval and is currently doing phase 3 for NMIBC which has a larger patient population. Data looks promising however the stock price is trending down. I’m new to biotech so not sure if this a good time to get in or if I’m missing something…

Never buy israeli bio stocks.

What I read about URGN sounds promising, but I wouldn't touch it.

It is a pretty small sample size, but BCLI, KTOV, and RDHL (I think there was one more too?) have all been covered on this board (and I have owned each at some point in the past too) and they all not only didn't live up to potential, but they also seem sketchy. The article magnus linked is a good description.
I wouldn't avoid buying an Israeli biotech in the future, but I will hold them to a higher standard of demonstrated success before investing.

It's special for a israeli biotech that URGNs last offering was in Jan 2019. $150 Million raised at $41 / share with Goldman and Morgan Stanley. I need to take a closer look into this company.
