###
Disclosure: Sold 50% of my holdings yesterday contingent on receiving clarity from the company on the proposed reverse split. As it stands, I wasn't able to find any assurance in the DEF 14A that the A/S would be split at the same ratio as the O/S (if at all). If there's any positive movement in the stock today I will exit completely and look to re-enter at a later time. #1 rule of investing: Don't lose money.

Yeah well what does he know? I actually considered taking some off the table yesterday, but didn't. No doubt there is going to be a period of volatility ahead where one could sell now and re-enter lower later. The main reason for not doing so was, well, laziness. I feel pretty comfortable holding through that volatility and would rather just add more if goes lower than farting around with trying to re-enter. If I thought there would be an event to take it back down into the low $.20's I would probably sell now though. But I don't see that happening at the moment.

Try not to sweat it day. I think you're in a good company that has a very reasonable valuation currently. The timing was unfortunate, but that happens to the best of us. I'm holding through this volatility as well.

Thanks RLC for the assurances. The volume does not look bad. Went down by 6.5 percents at less than 1/2 of daily average volume. Notice of effectiveness is not new news. We already knew this was coming. I am surprised why is market is reacting so negatively now. I thought this news would have been already priced into the stock. As Jham said, we don't see any event that will cause this to crash. I funded this position by withdrawing some funds from ACTC. It has been going down for the past couple of days. I decided to diversify out of ACT and found BCLI to be a good candidate. I am still the cultist who believes ACT has got the best science. But the cool aid effect has started to wear-off. BCLI is a much better managed company and CEO credentials are impressive - MIT PHD in life sciences and MBA degree with good experience. Just started to spread out my eggs in multiple baskets.

I'll admit that the hiring of Tony Fiorino was a huge reason why I opened a position in the company about a month ago. The science seems pretty damn compelling too...
