I definitely think there will be some volatility in the next week prior to the up-list and especially the first few days after the up-list. I have a medium core position now, with some cash on the side ready to pounce if it gets crushed as soon as it is on the Nasdaq and shorted like crazy.
I think there will also be some long term sit-and-hold buyers though as well. Tony Fiorino said at Rodman & Renshaw (on a slide too) that one of the biggest goals of 2014 and going forward is aggressively introducing BCLI to the capital markets. I don't think they would go ahead with the r/s and up-list if at least a few institutions weren't lined up. Could be wishful thinking, but we'll see.

Some mentioned somewhere about Fiorino buying 2,000 shares over the last few days. Lebovits just got into the act and bought 11,000 shares. Not a ton, but better then a sell and a nice gesture.

I see they registered for the NASDAQ on July 10, 2014. It would seem a good bet that ACT as well has registered.

Will be interesting to watch tomorrow. I feel like this stock is so far under the radar that right now it won't draw the scrutiny and day traders that ACTC\Ocata will when they uplist. I do hope BCLI put on some sort of roadshow to market their company to financial firms like companies do with an IPO.

lcd,
You could be right. I am totally expecting to see some volatility for a bit, but I also think Fiorino is aware of this and has some investors lined up, as well as some good news to go along with this up-list to try and keep things under control. I do agree that ACTC/OCATA will have it tougher.

Well one hour into trading I was wrong, this is not interesting to watch. 6000 shares traded and the pps is up by only a few cents. It did briefly spike up to $4.35 and hopefully will continue to find support at higher levels but this stock needs more buyers.
