Aaaaand they took this opportunity to announce a $75M public offering: finance.yahoo.com/news/amicus-therapeutics-announces-public-offering-210000610.htmlThis is a bit of a surprise as they said on the Q3 call that they had enough cash to get through 2016 ($80M+ cash on hand). Not sure how the market is going to react. The last big raise caused a bit of a sustained dip for a while, but some big time institutions took part and loaded up (Perceptive) and I wouldn't be surprised to see that happen again. This indicates to me that FOLD does not like the partnership offers they are getting and want to bolster their cash in anticipation of going it alone from here on out.

Yep, good news announced... and then the very next day they announce the capital raise. Secondary was priced at $6.50, so not too bad IMO.
