I have to say, one thing management does best is put their hands out to collect undeserving pays and bonuses. When do we know about their 2015 bonuses? STILL NO TENDER FROM ME!

They've withheld trial data for well over a year and half. How can we make an informed decision without ALL the information. How much would it suck if they come out with stellar results, after the acquisition? From flowmeter to suckometer , another measure for Ocat, I'll give it a five ?

Gabelli on CNBC now.... No tenda! Could you elaborate ? He has not mentioned Ocata, he has not said paradigm shift, holy grail, fountain of youth, or Cures! Not tendering my shares.

He has not mentioned Ocata, he has not said paradigm shift, holy grail, fountain of youth, or Cures! Not tendering my shares. I feel quite confident in assuming Gabelli sees his investment in Ocata as a quick flip. Either he makes a few cents on the tender, or it goes up a little in the next round. If he had his eye on the production line of Ocata, he would have started to invest sooner, wouldn't he?

Must be some hard negotiation going right now. Both sides must know the offer was no good. Now come up with a better deal.

Its all over but the crying. It was a good concerted effort by all the small retail shareholders to force a higher offer, but it ain't going to happen. I think I'll put a limit sell order in for 8.60 on the happenstance that the price takes a few jumps, other than that its either tender or wait for the cash replacement of your shares at 8.50. Astellas is playing a patient waiting game and they hold all the good cards with lots of trumps. See you on the other side.

If Mario tenders it's over. Maybe GA already Tendered. Looks like Brack's count is a little off. I think this may push skittish holders to tender/sell now

I may pull half back from Appraisal rights and sell, and leave half for the judge.

From what I understand from reading the Harvard law journal link I provided a few pages back, Astellas MAY offer dissenting shareholders an incentive not to pursue appraisal, kinda like settling out of court. Either way I will have 120 days after the deal closes to weigh my options.
