Wonder why they are being investigated again. Please add to the bashing. Are you serious about believing they are being investigated again? EDIT: Sorry, JHam...I didn't read your previous posts. This was just a kneejerk reaction to blatant libel.

Sounds like one busy week!

One reason I think they may not be done updating it is because it is usually a PDF file, and this one is the actual PPT file.

Wonder if this will slip?
33. 2016, Q3 - Partnership of core program in ex-US region (eg Asian, South America).

I would like to point out that on The Door Picture #1 one where the seats were empty, across from the seats (not shown) is where the receptionist is located. It was very convenient not to show that angle, as probably the seat and desk was occupied. Behind the frosted door is where Kathy's office is/was located and I believe a lot of the researchers, from the indication I got last year when I and another investor visited. And least we forget as far as the Vacant Office/Storeroom photo, the company doubled their existing sq.footage in the new lease, so it can be expected they are still absorbing space.

Verb - That article was a complete joke. I honestly don't think anyone needs to spend any time trying to refute it because it was so over-the-top, blatantly ridiculous. I hope this guy gets identified, so I fully support any efforts to try to determine who he/she is.

Wonder if this will slip? 33. 2016, Q3 - Partnership of core program in ex-US region (eg Asian, South America). That milestone is likely dependent on the interim data milestones from cohorts 1 & 2 happening as guided. If they hit those data milestones, that partnership milestone has a chance of happening in Q3 2016.
My guess is that preliminary discussions with a short-list of potential RPE partners has already happened. They've had 4 years to have those initial meetings, so that's not a stretch, IMO.
Strategic plan is - Uplist & raise cash to get past the Phase 2 interim data release, and then based on strength of the data strike a core-RPE partnership outside of the US to raise the cash needed to move the company forward. Will be interesting to see how they tackle Europe and the US. 2016 is looking like the year it finally happens for OCAT.

On Wednesday when we had the sharp downward spike, it looked to me that it was about 10% or so. Do you think that was limited by the modified uptick rule? I think this limits the taking of short positions when a stock has declined more than 10% in one day. Could someone explain that a bit further? How often does this happen in the market generally?

I noticed this news was posted on the other board this morning.. not accurately though. The presentation hasn't changed since July. Slide 33 hasn't changed either. They may or may not have treated patients in the trials but again if you compare what is out there now with July's file there is no difference except the file name and the first slide showing a September date. Nice to know we have so many readers though!

But while on the subject, on another site, someone posted that it is criminal to use correspondence from the SEC to try and manipulate a company's price. Apparently the title of the article was change from SEC Investigation Underway, to SEC Investigation POTENTIALLY Underway and this after a tweet by Mako before the article came out "$OCAT history of fraud, law enforcement investigation, SEC involved @ ActivistShorts". Activistshorts retweeted to thousands all in anticipation of the coming article.

The uptrend has been broken.
I'll see about getting in at 3.50 or 3.20

Congrats to those who learned from history and sold in the high $4's, locked in profits knowing they would probably be able to buy again in the low/mid $3's.
I was not one of them as I thought we might hear about SPA in Q3.. but I guess there is always something we "might" hear about and we know how that usually works out.

I hold core shares and trading shares for this purpose.. but I actually have to execute the trades too I guess.

That was interesting. Did anyone else see the spike over $4 this afternoon which has now disappeared? Anyone has insight?
