At October 31, 2014, we had $34.0 million in cash and cash equivalents, as compared to $37.9 million of cash and cash equivalents at July 31, 2014. We expect these funds to be sufficient to allow us to continue to operate our business for at least the next 12 months.

I missed my chance to sell so it looks like I'll be holding onto this one for a while now. May try to add once it goes down below my cost average, which could be today.

I added more at .45 My interpretation of today's PR is that they have enough cash to get them past the major milestone of Phase 2b results of the combo trial with Merck. They could dilute beforehand, but IMO the CEO won't raise cash until they have interim or final results from the combo trial, and any cash raised will be at a higher PPS based on those results.

Again are thinking is aligned with this one Jckrdu. I don't feel bothered by holding onto this one even if it goes into the red for a bit. With $34M in cash, 3 ongoing trials in Phase 2 (one of which is going to go into Phase 3...unless there is a surprise on the call tomorrow) that are showing very promising results, I think it is undervalued at anything under $200M (not to mention $107M).

Any statement from the CEO at tomorrow's conference call about the $34M cash balance being enough to get them through the next set of milestones will be a catalyst. Sell off today is because the market thinks ONCS will dilute BEFORE those milestones are reached, which I don't think is the case.

Sell off today is because the market thinks ONCS will dilute BEFORE those milestones are reached, which I don't think is the case. That, plus it is partially combined, in my opinion, with those who were just trying to ride the wave up to the 5 milestone announcements who had no intention of holding long and are still trying to get out. I would love to hear news on the call that they are going to do what it takes to get up-listed to the Nasdaq in the near future. Even if it requires a reverse split.

All indications I see lead me to believe it the price was the victim of a pump from traders. Haven't really heard many people mention dilution.

It's just my opinion.
Wording in today's PR said we have cash for "at least 12 months". I think the market is translating that to mean cash will need to be replenised in 12 months or sooner. Nothing else in today's PR would have generated the reaction we're seeing today, which is why I added.

No dilution for 12 months! Plenty of time to sell to Merck for $15 a share!"

If today's PR said they have enough cash for the next "24 months", we would have got a strong positive reaction. The implications of saying that they have cash for "at least 12 months" is that costs are increasing and that the cash on the balance sheet won't last for a full 24 months as some had expected... its spooking some people.

It might make sense, I talked to my father last week when he complained about the price decline. He expected something magical from the quarterly. Possible that all the dads of the world bought in with the pump and are now running their pants through the laundry machine. I would just assume today's run is a continuation on the selling from last week, though. There were a couple of periods last year where the price fluctuated between .40 and .90. It may have actually hit .90 and then started to fluctuate between .40 and .70. I don't recall exactly. I'm thinking profit takers took their money and created panic. I don't know, though. Just trying to talk myself through the sting of not selling last week. Lousy naysayers not following me to .70...
