Just wondering, why do people feel the need to - or get chastised from time to time when they do NOT - include IMO or IMHO in their comments and/or responses? I mean seriously, who else's opinion would it be? How can I possibly write your opinion for you?

If it's not a clear matter of fact, this helps others know that it is your personal belief.

BTW - I 'm kinda new to the forum/interwebtube thing so these kind of questions often come to mind. Its nice to know there are people out there willing to take the time to shepherd those of us who don't know. So thanks to all for your patience and understanding.
