I have for about 2 weeks now on the start of reversal. From my initial DD I started in but moved out to go elsewhere. I may start back in small if I can find the good dip here - definitely interested.

Started a position in this stock during the week, 20K shares. Full enrollment of the phase 3 trial by the end of the year. What do you guys think?

I am not sure since nothing has been provided in this thread about the company. Can you give a small summary? What they are doing, cash on hand, share count, etc...?

They are finishing up a PH3 clinical trial of a cancer drug, bavituximab. They have around 55mil in cash on hand, no debt, just sold 20mil worth of shares to an investor at 1.08, share count is around 200mm. In recent months they have set up some collaborations, have about 15 trials involving their lead candidate, bavituximab. Also, they have a cell manufacture company, avid biosciences which has about 40 million in backlog over the next year. I follow them on IHUB board, there is alot of info there as well, here is link. investorshub.advfn.com/Peregrine-Pharmaceuticals-PPHM-2076/

Made a nice move the past few days, near the 200 day, looking for a breakout soon.
Look for full enrollment of bavituximab ph3 trial in the next few weeks.
