Well.... The only thing I can think is they have a few binding letters of intent signed that they provided our sophisticated investors. That we are waiting for the global pandemic to scale back before disclosure. Just a bunch of share churning by the MM mixed in with a few confirmed buys. I did speak with some people that say the drone delivery segment does use outside vendors for guidance software (NEXTview)? along with in house applications. Additionally, "airborne IFSAR from Intermap is the best in the world with what they do with it" Just know that the M-MAKERS are flying this airplane for now... Awaiting something besides dismal earnings.... Thoughts? I doubt we see earnings until they have some good news as the earnings will tank the price. The last two years earnings were released on January 31st so I would say the fact we have not seen it yet supports my theory. Interestingly enough Bloomberg says earnings release on February 16th previously it had said February 1st. I don't know why they would be giving any this any particular coverage but that change was made. So if they don't have positive news to go along with earnings there may be a round of dilution prior to

Over the last 10 days I purchased a total of 17,900 shares between (US).45 and .48 cents! Support seems pretty strong here but I wont be surprised if this goes lower

I think we see earnings this week..... any reason why? Bloomberg has the 16th listed as the report date. But no one else does

They have 90 days to file the annual report. I fully expect them to wait until then to do so. Q4 and Q1 do not look promising at this point. Interestingly enough, they are starting to file with the SEC. Might be the reason for the spike in shareprice today on the OTC side. sec.report/otc/company/ITMSF

The business has always been registered and incorporated in Alberta, Canada. That won't change . There are numerious foreign companys listed in USA that do so. A company not answering phone calls is unusual but standard for Intermap for the past four years.

226k volume today on the OTC exchange
2nd largest day since the inflection point of June 4th, which saw 646k shares trade due to 2020 Q1 earnings and the debt restructure
Intriguing that there are no fundamental factors to explain the trading today.
However as I mentioned previously, from a pure order flow perspective, prices around 50 cents have become a very liquid zone due to historical volume that has traded there over time.
Also keep in mind the first round of private placement that occured in July which offered a few million new shares at approximately $0.42
It makes sense that those participants would come into the market and support it as we near their entries.

I'm kinda distracted right now, but I believe Intermap is going to list on the nasdaq
listing requirements Intermap may qualify for. The company must have aggregate pre-tax earnings in the prior three years of at least $11 million, in the previous two years at least $2.2 million, and no single year in the prior three years can have a net loss.

Listing Requirements for All Companies Each company must have a minimum of 1,250,000 publicly traded shares outstanding upon listing, excluding those held by officers, directors, or any beneficial owners of more than 10% of the company.
The regular bid price of shares of the company's stock at the time of listing must be at least $4.00. However, a company may qualify under a closing price alternative of $3.00 or $2.00 if the company meets varying requirements.
There must be at least three (or four depending on the criteria) market makers for the stock. For companies using the $3 or $2 criteria, only two market makers may be required. Each listing firm is also required to follow NASDAQ corporate governance rules 4350, 4351, and 4360.
Companies must also have at least 450 round lot (i.e., 100 shares or more) shareholders, 2,200 total shareholders, or 550 total shareholders with 1.1 million average trading volume over the past 12 months.
As of 2020, a company must pay a $25,000 application fee before its stock can even be considered for listing, and it can expect to pay between $150,000 and $295,000 in entry fees if successful.
In addition to these requirements, companies must meet all of the criteria under at least one of the following standards
Not sure we have the shareholders of record amounts....
The R/S was voted down previously
I think you have to trade above a certain price for "x" amount of days...
We could do that with a couple of good multi-million dollar contracts...

If we get something big this year then maybe a NASDAQ listing. However, an OTCQX listing will do for now. It should increase creditablity and liquidity while acting as a good stepping stone and save money.
