I almost snagged some $7.90's, got a bit greedy on the entry. Was just going to do a 1/4 and average down if went below $7 to where you guys bought. I'm trying to stick to some new rules of not chasing entries and if I miss it I miss it! Wouldn't be surprised to see afternoon rally.

Very soon. I say they get CE mark approval by next week. I thought it wise to load up on this one with such an obvious stimulus on the horizon. Got in early and added lots this AM and am surprised its gaining as much as it has today. I'm going to cash in on the news, fingers crossed.

"We are very pleased to report the completion of the CE marking process for the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) assay in record time with a 100% sensitivity and 99.8% specificity claim. The test has the best in class performance and overall agreement published to date. The ability to quickly test whether people have developed antibodies due to infection is critical in supporting the response to the global COVID-19 pandemic,” said Franz Walt, Chief Executive Officer of Quotient.
99.8% specificity now. Thats almost perfect.

They were working on the FDA EUA application as of the last PR and say they should have it completed in the next few days. We should hear something in the next week or two.

That’s a nucleic acid diagnostic test (testing to see if you are currently infected), not an antibody test.

The Co-Diagostics test is a PCR test, not an antibody test. Not comparable

Is this issue following the market tide, or is this news already baked in and eaten?

Is this issue following the market tide, or is this news already baked in and eaten? Seems some selling and profit taking, but lots of range in this name and up already a lot. Probably some shorts loading into covid names as well. Testing the $9 o/unow. I wouldn't be shocked to see it retest that $8.5/$8.70s area.
Does seem a bit surprising though as it was this price few months ago without this news! How did this stock ever go $2.50s's anyways? Seems a bit extreme for COVID dip from $9.
It seems a strong push over $10 would have made more sense, but not sure if overall market influencing. Don't see why since its COVID hype.
I wouldn't write it off though, if it grind-ed a bit and went green again today who knows.

I think it had a nice run from $5.50 to $10.50 (pre-market the other day), with everyone assuming it would get both CE mark and FDA EUA approval. There may be some other possible spikes after FDA approval and the first report/update of sales, or if Walt starts making the TV rounds. For me, the COVID-19 test is only going to highlight and expedite their core business. Which I think is potentially worth 3x more than the current share price in the next few years. Good chance they’ll get bought out before then though. I’m planning to hold for now, but could sell and jump back in if I see other opportunities elsewhere in the short term.

Just a blood bath today, I tried entering for a swing at the $8.90s test today, but think I'm going to be stopped out. My exit plan was to see how it handles the 8.50 test, luckily started small to give it lots of room, will see what happens at $8.40s here but probably small loss. I don't usually do 1-3 day swings but I had a lot of conviction on a $10+ pump later today so the risk reward of 4-1 seemed worth it.

Nice perk back to $9, too off some without loss. Leave some on $8.8 average risking .60s. Almost got stopped out by few cents haha.
